Jeff Beck was the most skilled of the three great rock guitarists, and his instrumental album "Blow By Blow," released in 1975, reached No. 4 on the U.S. album chart, and he produced many innovative works that expanded the possibilities of the electric guitar. However, he passed away suddenly in January 2023. However, he passed away suddenly in January 2023... In August 2003, Jeff Beck released his first new album in three years, "Jeff". The album won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance in 2004. After the album's release, Jeff Beck embarked on a 21-date tour of North America and the United Kingdom. The September 2 concert in Vienna, Virginia was recorded and broadcast as a special program on a local radio station, and this album is a live album recorded during the broadcast. (Three songs were omitted from the set list due to the broadcast time.) Jeff Beck is supported by two of the best musicians in the world, Terry Bozio and Tony Hymas, who has been Jeff Beck's arranger for many years.Since the new album is closer to techno-rock, the live arrangements of the songs are also different from the previous ones. Nevertheless, Jeff Beck's technical and emotional guitar playing explodes throughout the album!
