Born in 1969, Jason Becker has been playing guitar since he was 5 years old and started taking lessons from professional musicians at the age of 14. He formed the band "Cacophony" with Marty Friedman, who later joined Megadeth, and made their debut with the album "Speed Metal Symphony," which was a hit with its twin-lead guitar sound and superb technique. After the band broke up, he worked as a solo artist and joined David Lee Roth's band after Steve Vai left the band, but he was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), an incurable disease, and lay in bed... Jason Becker's acquaintances and respected musicians have released charity albums and held concerts to support his situation, and in 1996, a benefit concert was held in Chicago to benefit Jason Becker.
