Phil Manzanera is one of the leading guitarists, composers & producers in the British rock scene. While the Corona disaster stalled his various planned projects, he made contact with his friend Tim Finn, a vocalist who had dominated the U.S. charts with Crowded House, and this led to the creation of a collaborative album. The remote recording process was then centered in the UK and New Zealand, and "Coat by the Heart - Captured by the Heart" was released in July 2021. This album was produced by adding newly written material to the songs written at that time.
