Duran Duran's debut album and the 1982 album "Rio" were worldwide hits, and the band's 1983 album "Seven and the Ragged Tiger" debuted at No. 1 on the UK Album Charts. They also released their first live album, "Arena," and went on their second world tour. The concert at Madison Square Garden in New York was broadcast live worldwide via MTV. This release is based on the soundtrack for the broadcast.This live album is a complete recording of the concert, and it overwhelms the audience with a power that is hard to believe that this was only their third year on stage.
