After a period of inactivity in the 1990s, he announced the resumption of his live activities in 1999 and released his best album, "Flickering Flame," at the same time. The second part of the tour, in particular, featured a complete reenactment of "Madness" and became a hot topic of conversation. The concert held on March 18, 2007 in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, was recorded and broadcast as a TV program. This release is based on the audio tape of this program. This album contains the complete set list of the concert, including encores, and is a long-awaited CD release for fans of Roger Waters, as the set list, which consisted mostly of songs by Pink Floyd, was unprecedented among his previous concerts.The live reproduction of the songs, performed with the perfect support of a backing band of 10 members in total, including three terrific guitarists, Andy Fairweather Lowe, Snowy White, and Dave Kilminster, is flawless!
