With super rock guitarist Eddie Van Halen, Van Halen made a sensational debut in 1978 and quickly rose to the top of the American hard rock band scene. The band overcame various problems, including a change in vocalists and the departure of original member Michael Anthony, but ceased operations in 2006. However, in 2011, Van Halen resumed their activities, released a new album, and toured extensively, showing that they are still going strong. Festival'83, which was held on the same weekend in May and June 1983. On the second day of the festival, Van Halen performed as the headliner of "Heavy Metal Day" with a record-breaking fee that was listed in the Guinness Book of Records at the time.This festival, which was part of their "Hide Your Sheep Tour" following the release of their 5th album "Diver Down" the previous year, was their only U.S. performance that year, and since a live album by the four original members has never been released, this is a long-awaited live archive for fans!
