In March 1987, he released "Wild Frontier," an album about his native Ireland, which became a hit, reaching No. 8 on the U.K. album chart and spawning four hit singles. In March of the same year, he embarked on a large-scale "Wild Frontier Tour," which took him from the U.K. to Europe, Japan, and the U.S., and included the release of his first album, "Wild Frontier," on April 25, 2012. The April 25 concert in Stockholm, Sweden was recorded for a live and documentary video and radio broadcast, which was later broadcast and sold. This time, the audio sub-master for the radio broadcast has been remastered for release. The setlist for the day consisted of 14 songs including encores, with 9 songs selected for the radio broadcast. Backing members were Neil Carter and Bob Daisley, formerly of Rainbow - Ozzy Osbourne - Uriah Heep, and Eric Singer, formerly of Black Sabbath.
