The world tour "Sound + Vision Tour" in 1990 was Bowie's last tour consisting of his best hits, and all 112 shows were sold out, which was a record. The Japan leg of the tour was recorded for an NHK special program. This live album has been remastered from the original masters for broadcast, making it a highly anticipated live album for fans. An additional bonus disc, an archive of the Tokyo show from the band's second visit to Japan in December 1978, is also included. Imported domestic edition (with obi and bilingual English booklet)
