The full-length versions of Mikio Naruse's "Shanghai Moon" and "Until Victory Day", for which no full-length versions exist, were released as "Toho DVD Masterpiece Selection"! Two films by Mikio Naruse, "Shanghai Moon" and "Until Victory Day", both of which were lost in the confusion of the end of the Pacific War, will be released on a single disc as "Toho DVD Masterpiece Selection". Unfortunately, only 53 minutes of the 114-minute "Shanghai Moon" and 15 minutes of the 59-minute "Till Victory Day" have survived, but as a video bonus, the lost portions will be included in the "Video with Complementary Guide Subtitles", which is based on the script made from the completed film at the time of production (completed script), with the missing film parts supplemented with tickers. footage" will be included.
