He has sent his powerful minions, Another Den-O and Another W, after a boy named Shingo. In the battle to protect Shingo, Sogo meets Ataru, a young man who loves Masked Rider. On the other hand, SENUSAGI, who challenged Teedo to a battle by himself, was brainwashed and manipulated... Sougo and his friends struggle to save Shingo in the face of a powerful enemy, but then Ataru makes a confession. Ataru confesses, "Kamen Rider is not a real being." He had secretly made a contract with the mysterious Imagine Hutaros. What is the true meaning of his words?
