LE GRAND RETOUR, a jazz-electro unit consisting of saxophone player Ami Nakazono and pianist Marie Takeda, will release an 8-track mini-album "OVER"! In recent years, Ami Nakazono and Marie Takeda have been active with THE JAZZ AVENGERS and are highly acclaimed both in Japan and abroad. After 20 years since their first encounter, the two women, who are now genetically linked, continue to embody an urban sound that seamlessly blends genres such as jazz, hip-hop, and R&B. The eight songs are arranged by e°murasaki (Renki Mizuei), who has relocated from London to Tokyo and is active in a wide range of activities. The title track "OVER feat. e°murasaki" is a jazzy hip-hop song, and "Praise" has a gospel essence. A new masterpiece for urban nights is born! (C)RS
