The long-awaited first CD release of a collaboration between João Donato, 87 years old, an originator of bossa nova and a popular figure in the rare groove scene, and Jals Macaré, 78 years old, one of the leaders of the Tropicália movement and a master of MPB! The two artists continue to update their own music with their endless creativity and active collaboration with younger musicians, but this is surprisingly the first time they have performed together. The two were brought together by the up-and-coming production company "ROCINANTE," which has released a series of works that will make Brazilian music fans gasp, including works by Thiago Amuzi, who is also a key figure in Caetano's new album, and the recently departed Lechieres Reichi, who has sadly passed away.
