The "Very Best of Mick Jagger" (released in 2007), a compilation of Mick Jagger's solo activites, is now available for the first time only in Japan on a paper-jacketed 2-CD set with 2 additional bonus tracks. The Very Best of Mick Jagger" is the ultimate best of Mick Jagger as a solo artist, different from his stance with The Rolling Stones. In addition to 10 songs selected from his four solo albums from "She's the Boss" released in 1985 to "Goddess in the Doorway" in 2001, the album also includes "Memo from Turner" from "Performance" in which he also starred, "Old Habits Die Hard" from "Alfie" for which he composed the music, and "The Boss" from "The Boss", which he contributed to the soundtrack of the movie "The Boss". and songs he contributed to film soundtracks, as well as collaborative singles such as "Dancing in the Street" with David Bowie and "Don't Look Back," a duet with Peter Tosh. It also includes "Two Many Cooks" produced by John Lennon, "Checkin' Up on My Baby" from a session with The Red Devils, and even three previously unreleased songs (as of 2007), "Charmed Life," an outtake from "Wondering Spirit."
