The first studio-recorded vocal album by Yasuhiro Konishi, the bandleader of Pizzicato Five, which broke up in 2001 after a worldwide tour as the core group of the "Shibuya-kei" music movement of the 1990s that enjoyed tremendous support from fashion, film, and music industry professionals in Japan and abroad. In 2011, he launched his solo project "PIZZICATO ONE" and has released three albums, "11 Very Sad Songs" (2011), "Watashi no Nijusseiki" (2015), and "eve Pizzicato One in Persuasion" ( In 2022, he was invited to perform a guitar-playing show, which led him to "sing his own songs from the past", and since then he has been performing on stage with various ensembles. Much of the repertoire on this album was arranged for the "Koyo Konishi, Tokyo Marunouchi" performance at the Marunouchi Cotton Club in August 2023.This time, the five-piece ensemble members (piano, bass, drums, guitar, and cello) reunited in the studio to record the album. This is a vocal album featuring the repertoire from the Pizzicato Five era, as well as songs provided to other artists and cover songs, with the voice of Yasuhiro Konishi himself.
