Hiromi Uehara, the world's leading pianist. Hiromi's Sonicwonder", a new project is now underway! Hiromi's Sonicwonder" is her first original album in two years, released amidst the success of the soundtrack to the animated film "BLUE GIANT," for which she composed the music. The new project "Hiromi's Sonicwonder" is an aggressive and powerful sound that blows away the Corona disaster with a 4-piece formation of up-and-coming musicians, Adrian Fellows (b), Gene Coy (ds), and Adam O'Farrill (tp). In addition to new songs written for this project, the album includes rearranged versions of songs that were released on their social networking project "One Minute Portrait" during the Corona disaster. UK singer/songwriter/keyboardist Ollie Rockberger also contributes vocals to "Reminiscence" (lyrics also co-written by Uehara and Ollie). The cover illustration was drawn by Lou Beach, who has created many famous albums since the 1970s, including Weather Report's "Heavy Weather.All three formats include an instrumental version of "Reminiscence" as a bonus track on the Japanese version.
