Released in 1999, this seventh album is based on the mellow brilliance of the New Soul movement of the early 1970s. It also combines the strength of the club music beat. It is a work with a stronger message and a stronger sense of producer Kazuyuki Miyauchi's taste. The band's energetic sound fits the lyrics perfectly, and the vocals, which have gone from cool to warm, are all of high quality and are very listenable. There are no interludes and only one instrumental song, and while each song makes full use of various rhythms, it is a masterpiece that shows the new strength of ICE, which can be felt as a unified whole. Heavyweight funk.Truth" bursting with funk guitar, "Brand New Day" with gorgeous and beautiful strings, "When the Eagle Fly" with mournful acoustic guitar and Latin rhythms, and Kunioka's fantastic vocals, "Tonight Is The Night" with funk rock and twisted guitar solo in the second half. Rock'n' Roll Believer", a funk rock song with a twisted guitar solo in the second half, "Tonight Is The Night" with clear vocals, acoustic guitar cutting and Latin beats, and the swinging jazz "Big Beat From The City", etc. are included. The album is a work of ICE's maturation period, when the band expanded its musical range with a rich variety of songs.
