This is the debut solo album from Marcus King, leader/vocalist/guitarist of the Marcus King Band, which has released three albums to date. His first solo album is based on classic rock, blues, southern R&B, and country soul, but also features delicate acoustic, pedal steel, and electric guitar solos with a fierceness that expresses modern rock. The album is produced by Dan Orbach, guitarist/vocalist for The Black Keys and winner of the Best Producer Award at the 55th Grammy Awards. The band also co-wrote one song on the Marcus King Band's third album, "Carolina Confessions," released last year, and all 12 songs on this album were co-written by King and Aubach in just three days at Aubach's Easy Eye Sound Studios in Nashville. The album was co-written by King and Auerbach. This product will be available for purchase on Friday, so it will be delivered on or after the day of release.
