The 120th anniversary of Gershwin's birth! DISC 1 features Gershwin's jazz and classical masterpieces, including jazz standards by Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Sarah Bourne, and many more. DISC 2 is a collection of classical works including "Rhapsody in Blue," performed by world-famous artists such as Seiji Ozawa and Riccardo Chailly. Rhapsody in Blue" is performed by the world's oldest orchestra, the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, led by Italian jazz pianist Stefano Borrani and renowned Italian conductor Riccardo Chailly. The recording is a perfect match for Gershwin's works, which fuse jazz and classical music. An original Japanese project.
