—The future lies beyond the curve. Every time we round this bend, we are reborn—Boy band WILDBLUE’s first album, “CURVE,” is set to be released by Victor Entertainment. Comprising five members—Koki Yamashita, Hayate Miyatake, Naoya Suzukawa, Yuto Ikeda, and Haruka Suzuyo—this highly anticipated group combines authentic, down-to-earth charm with each member’s unique personality. Despite being in only their second year since debut, they have garnered immense support, particularly among Gen Z. “CURVE” will be released in three formats: First Press Limited Edition A, First Press Limited Edition B, and Regular Edition (CD). As the group’s first full-length album, it marks a turning point as they aim for even greater heights. The CD includes a total of 13 tracks: the digital singles released since September 2025—“Astrist,” “Your Smile and That Sky,” “Glitch,” and “You”—along with “Thankful Days” (the theme song for Kagome’s “Megumi Meguru Action!” campaign), plus eight new songs. The lead track, “EGO,” is a lighthearted and energetic song that’s a bit different from their previous work. With minimalist instrumentation and a powerful bass-heavy beat, it conveys the message “It’s okay to be yourself”—a track that’s quintessentially “WILDBLUE.” Sound production is handled by UTA—who has worked with TVXQ, AI, and Daichi Miura and has won the Japan Record Award for Excellence in Production five times—with Ryusei Harada serving as performance director and member Koki Yamashita contributing to the choreography. The regular edition includes a photo card (C version; one of five varieties).
