Description:

Talent who became the Vienna State Opera's concertmaster at the age of 25! Commemorative domestic edition of Yamen Saadi's visit to Japan! We are pleased to announce the new domestic release of Nazareth prodigy Yamen Saadi's debut album "Voices from Paris" with Japanese commentary to commemorate his first recital in Japan in 2023! Yamen Saadi was born in Nazareth, Israel in 1997, and studied at the Barenboim Said Conservatory of Music under the guidance of Chaim Taub, concertmaster of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. Six years later, he was appointed concertmaster of the orchestra. In July 2021, he was awarded the first prize at the Paul Ben-Haim and Aviv Competitions, the second prize at the Clermont Competition, and many other prizes, including a Stradivarius "Ex" made in 1734, the famous instrument used by Fritz Kreisler for nine years (1936-1945). Lord Amherst of Hackney, Ex Fritz Kreisler", a famous instrument used by Fritz Kreisler for 9 years (1936-1945), was announced as a loaned instrument, which made news in the British Strad magazine and others. From the 2022/2023 season, he is a supernova of great promise who has surprised the world by being appointed concertmaster of the glorious Vienna State Opera at the young age of 25, and is now also concertmaster of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. Voices from Paris" is a collection of French violin works accompanied by Natalia Mirshtein, a fellow member of the Chianti Ensemble, a piano quintet founded by Yamen Saadi with Takehiro Konoe and others. This French program combines the violin sonatas of Fauré and Poulenc with songs and arrangements from concerto works, beautifully depicting the strong themes of "love" and "death". The classical music web magazine "Pizzicato" praised the program, calling it "a perfect blend of virtuosity, lyricism, and restrained expressiveness" and "wonderfully supple, flexible, fine and broad dynamic range.
