A collection of works for mandolin and guitar by contemporary Israeli composers. These include music from the ancient Babylonian diaspora, music of the "Ladino" Jewish people of Italy and the Balkans, the well-known klezmer (music with its roots in Jewish folk songs), and even modern American music, with a wide range of influences. The music includes a wide variety of influences, from traditional Jewish melodies to modern American music. The melancholy tunes include traditional Jewish melodies by Lovely and Ben-Haim, Roku's homage to love, and Rosenbaum's jazz-inspired flavors. Duo Mantal. They love Jewish songs, and in order to expand their repertoire for this instrumental duo, they have commissioned works from Israeli composers, while at the same time actively arranging their own arrangements and performing throughout Europe.
