Every work by Leonardo Barada (1933-), a unique composer born in Spain, has its own peculiarities, and whether it is a symphony or an opera, it always makes a strong statement, making it impossible for the listener to pass by without hearing it. The current work is a suite of caprichos (rhapsodies). The second is a collection of free Latin American dance music, the third consists of five pieces that pay homage to the army of volunteers, and the fourth has a jazz idiom. These works are violent in their power, yet somehow wobbly in their gait, humorous in their humor and devilish in their mockery. Naxos Japan
