A collection of Schumann's cello works by Gautier Capuçon, who is on his way to becoming a great composer. Coming to Japan on January 11 and 12, 2019 for the NHK Symphony Orchestra subscription concert (program/Saint-Saens: Cello Concerto No. 1), released just prior to his visit to Japan. The front cover is a photo taken in the gardens of the Palace of Versailles. A promo video was also shot at the same time. The concerto is a masterpiece with the great conductor Haitink, cello concerto, chamber music with Angelisch and Argerich at the Lugano Festival, and a trio work with Bluray and Renaud Capuçon at the Hoenemus. Tracks 1-3 are first time recordings.
