In the fall of 2017, 40 years after the death of Maria Callas, the charismatic opera prima donna of the century, a box of selected live opera performance recordings will be released on September 15 as a sister project to the session recording box released in 2014. This is a series of Callas's most famous recordings, released in Japan alone on SACD single layer vinyl, using digital masters remastered at 96khz/24bit at Studio Art et Son in France after researching the best condition sources for the passionate performances on stage at the peak of Callas's career.
