Aretha, the Queen of Soul, appeared at the Fillmore West, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and was joined by a host of talented musicians. The King Curtis Band, which created an undulating groove, was joined by Cornell Dupree, Jerry Jemmott, Bernard Purdie, and other greats. A special night of audience enthusiasm and Aretha's passionate singing was recorded.
