A talented studio has created a film about the adolescence of a high school girl and her bouncing muscles! The director is Mitsue Yamazaki, who has been working on a fresh coming-of-age story. The series is composed by Fumihiko Shimo, who has worked on many hit movies, and Ai Kikuchi is the character designer and chief animation director. Animation production is by Animation Studio, a studio that has produced many hit movies and is trusted by anime fans! The quality of the animation is stable, and everything from the cuteness of high school girls to the depiction of real muscles is perfectly visualized! The young female voice actresses, who are both popular and talented, passionately play the muscle-training girls.The role of Hibiki Sakura, the main character who decides to go to the gym to lose weight, is played by Ai Fayrouz, a promising new star who makes her debut in this film! As Hibiki's classmate Akemi Sadanouin, a beautiful girl with excellent grades but a serious muscle geek, is played by Amemiya Ten, who has played the heroine in many popular works! The cast also includes Shizuka Ishigami as Ayaka Uehara, a friend of Hibiki's who has also started muscle training, Nao Higashiyama as Gina Boyd, a beautiful Russian girl with martial arts experience, and Yui Horie, among other popular female voice actors. In addition, Tetsuaki Genda Tetsuaki, who is extremely well known as the voice actor for the dubbed version of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Hollywood's famous muscular actor, has been hired to narrate and play the role of Hernold Dogegenchotenegger. The cast is a seamless lineup of young and popular voice actors as well as veteran voice actors who are well known by all!
