Ultraman JeeDo-Asakura Riku (Tatsuomi Hamada) hears from Juggler (Takaya Aoyagi) that Gilbertis has come to Earth to obtain the "Red Steel" and heads for the South Seas paradise of Okinawa, where he is said to find a clue. In Okinawa, they meet Aisle (Yuika Honkariya), who recognizes Riku as Ultraman and entrusts him with an important mission. Kurenai Gai = Ultraman Orb (Hideo Ishiguro) appears before Riku, who is more concerned than necessary to protect the earth, and speaks to him as his senior. Meanwhile, the Galactron Corps launches an attack on Okinawa in search of "Red Steel.
