The first volume includes demos from before their debut in 1961 when they called themselves Little Boy Blue & The Blue Boys (with Mick & Keith), the earliest recording as The Rollin' Stones after Brian Jones joined the band (October 27, 1962), Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts The album also includes the IBC studio demo from 1963 with Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts, as well as all existing studio recordings in chronological order up to November 1963, when the band made their debut as a single with "Come On" but had difficulty in making a second single.
