Description:
Another collection of recordings from "Satanic Majesties Request" in '67! Previously unreleased basic track session before vocal recording! Separate takes of "She's A Rainbow", "2000 Light Years Away" and "Love In This World"! A closer look at the problematic work of the psychedelic era! Outtakes from "Satanic Majesties Request", the Stones' most controversial album released in 1967 amidst the psychedelic and flower era. The Stones' most controversial album, "Satanic Majesties Request". Recorded from a recording working master that has never been released out of the gate, all of the tracks are basic tracks before the songs were recorded, but the best takes were selected from the 240-minute master. It's a shame that M. Jagger's vocals are missing, but it's interesting to hear Brian Jones' multi-playing of mellotron, dulcimer, and recorder, combined with Keith Richards' electric and acoustic guitars, attempt to build the sound of the song. The way they try to build the sound of the song is very interesting. Seeds a Rainbow," which opens with Nicky Hopkins' beautiful piano, is a great example of Keith's surprisingly "rock! Keith's surprisingly "rock!" acoustic guitar and Brian's mellotron can be clearly heard. On "2000 Light Years Away," Keith's heavy electric guitar is fantastically joined by Brian's mellotron, and it seems as if we are going beyond the universe. In the single "We Love You/I Love This World," Keith's distorted guitar overlaps with N. Hopkins' piano strumming, and Brian's mellotron, which sounds like a horn section, invades the track loudly. The Stones' future could have been different if Brian had stayed with the Stones. If Brian had stayed with the Stones, the Stones would have had a different future. The following year, "Child of the Moon" was released as the B-side of "Jumpin' Jack Flash," and the band had already begun recording it, and it is surprising that it is played here on acoustic guitar in the style of Beggars Banquet (the following year's 1968 album). In the official take of "Citadel," which has a cool rockin' guitar riff by Keith, Brian plays the B-melody part with N. Hopkins' harpsichord, and here he plays the fast passage on the electric dulcimer. From Brian's point of view, this was the last time his musical talent shone through, and his multi-talented contribution to the Stones should be reevaluated now more than ever, even though he was losing interest in guitar at the time. The early version of "Dandelion" is sung by Keith with messed up lyrics. Three bluesy songs that were never released are also included (tracks 18-20). The Rolling Stones' precious session recordings, which show the atmosphere of London at that time. The Japanese explanation of the situation, episodes, and song titles of the time is included on the inside cover.
