Florian Noack, a Belgian-born composer who has demonstrated his innate talent from an early age, presents his fourth album on La Dolce Volta. He has been active as an arranger for Berezovsky and Katsaris, as well as performing his own works, and has also been active in the development of rare repertoire. He has been arranging mainly Russian music for many years, but was awakened to Baroque music under the influence of his teacher, Claudio Martinez Menaer, and boldly took on Bach's Concerto for Four Harpsichords (originally Vivaldi's Concerto for Four Violins), as well as Rimsky=Korsakov's opulent and richly textured Concerto for Four Violins and the Rimsky=Korsakov Concerto for Four Violins. Korsakov's "Scheherazade", a pianistic condensation of Rimsky=Korsakov's orchestral splendor, Mendelssohn's cantata, which he sang as a compulsory subject when he entered university, Johann Strauss' little-known waltz paraphrase, Prokofiev's "Classics", Shostakovich's famous s famous "Waltz No. 2".The theme song from "The Jungle Book" included at the end of the album is based on an arrangement for his sister, who loves the song, and was expanded to pianistically express the song's complexity, polyrhythms, and other unique elements. This is an album in which you can fully enjoy Noack's arrangements, which maximize the charm of the songs while making full use of the possibilities of the piano, and which also have a loveliness to them.
