Zbigniew Bargielski, born in 1937, who studied with Nadia Boulanger and adopted the French aesthetic style in Polish music. Bettina Skrzypczak, born in 1963, who received a degree in music theory and composition from the Poznan Music Academy, studied further in Switzerland, and is now a lecturer at the University of Lucerne.
