As if to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the composer's birth, the series will explore the truth behind the Fifth and Sixth Symphonies, both premiered at the legendary concert in 1808. Among the many masterpieces of Beethoven's middle period, the two symphonies premiered on the same night in the winter of 1808 at the Theater an der Wien are particularly noteworthy. The historic concert was a disaster, partly due to lack of rehearsal time, but it did not take long for the public to realize the appeal of the works.Hazelbeck avoided the Theater an der Wien, which has undergone a series of renovations over its 200-year history and has changed its appearance over the years, and instead led a small group of elite musicians to the Niederösterreich Palace, which has existed since those days, to record this recording to avenge the composer's death. The composer, conductor, and performers together relive the birth of two great masterpieces in a thrilling performance on ancient instruments, and you can't take your eyes off this commemorative year release!
