This is the 21st collection of live recordings of "Cantata Concerts of Bach (1685-1750)" by Rudolf Lutz. This album contains one of Bach's most famous cantatas, No. 80, "God is My Stronghold," as well as No. 24 for the Fourth Sunday after Trinity and No. 79 for Reformation Day. In No. 80, which incorporates Luther's chorale "God is My Hut," the strength of faith in God is sung, and in the relatively short No. 24, faith is sung in a gentle tone. Lutz, who always tries to give unique performances, succeeded in creating a sense of unity by having the audience sing the chorale part of No. 79. Naxos Japan
