Formed in Melbourne, Australia in 2010 by 13-year-old Rocky Ravick, MYSTERY began touring in 2012 and released their debut album "2013-Mystery Here To Rock! In 2013, MYSTERY made their album debut with "2013-Mystery Here To Rock! and toured Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Osaka. MYSTERY continued to perform at festivals such as "Rocklahoma" in the U.S., leaving their mark on the music scene. Then, in 2014, MYSTERY released their second album "From Dusk Till Dawn" and expanded their activities, and in 2021, after a blank and the Corona disaster, they released their third album "Live Life Loud" for the first time in seven years, showing that they are still going strong. A great Japanophile, Rocky made two private visits to Japan in 2023, where he met and interacted with Aki Fukasawa of RAZOR HIGHWAY and other musicians, who inspired him and motivated him.The new album "Mind Pollution" is the result of this process, and is based on MYSTERY's sound to date, but with even more experience and sensitivity. In addition to Rocky, the band consists of Oscar Hauck on bass, Doye Evits on keyboards, and Emily Carr on drums (Emily left the band after the album was made, and was replaced by Gavin Hill). The 10 songs on the album are energetic and cool! In addition, the Japan bonus tracks include "You Can't Stop Rock'N'Roll" by TWISTED SISTER, which is a classic in the 80's American metal scene, and "No Secrets" by THE ANGELS, which is very popular in Australia and well known in the West. Their tasteful song selection also shines through. With this promising new album in tow, MYSTERY will embark on the "MYSTERY JAPAN TOUR 2024," a tour of eight shows throughout Japan, starting in Osaka on July 5 this year! In the 11 years since his first visit to Japan, Rocky Ravick has transformed from a beautiful boy to a wild adult rocker. The Japan tour that will be held in conjunction with the album release is highly anticipated. A must-listen!
