Description:
qimygo's second full-length album after a five-year absence features a total of 13 songs, including six 7-inch tracks that have already sold out, plus seven newly recorded tracks. On the sound side, the Mayonaka band features Koji Oishi (Little Tempo) on drums, Takashi Nozuki (Amefurashi Quartet) on bass, Takao Suzuki (FRISCO) on guitar, qimygo on vocals and keyboards, and guest musicians including MZO (The 3776, Mountain MZO (The 3776, Mountain Kilimanjaro) and Martin Kinoo (Chelsea Movement) as guest musicians, aiming to create a deeper sound. The new song "Cosmos" features a duet with Mocce Nagai, who has not sung on the album since "Words are not needed", and the new song "Kill Goodbye" features Daaki Shirakawa of the LoversRock band "Bagus!In addition to the recording engineer Naoyuki Uchida and mixing and mastering by e-mura (Bim One Production), the album cover is also a highlight, with artwork by Jun Otani, who is also active overseas.
