Cadillac's five albums for Moon Records will be reissued! Formed in 1982 in Shizuoka, Japan, Cadillac won the Best Song Award (Runner-up Grand Prix) at POPCON in 1985. A few months later, they won the Grand Prix at Flecon, and in 1986, Cadillac made a spectacular debut on Moon Records with their first album. The album sold over 30,000 copies at the time of its release and was awarded a Bronze Disc, making it a classic in the Japanese Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.Produced by Kenji Omura and recorded at Tatsuro Yamashita's new studio "Smile Garage," the album features a variety of classic songs, including the light rock and roll "Come On Boys" and "Hey Billy," the superb ballad "Da-Kara R&B," the rockabilly-tinged "Crushin' Night," the pop-oriented "Ano Musume wa Revolution," "50's Beat," and their signature song "Sad Radio Station.
