Warren Givon, the "Sam Peckinpah of Rock," has been making his music for several years since that album. Warren Givon, the "Sam Peckinpah of Rock", made his album debut with this album a few years earlier. The lyrical approach of his later works was still missing from this album, and the title track by Kim Fowley and the New Orleans number "M-5" were unique among the hard and bleak world that unfolded.
