This is an alto saxophone battle album by Yosuke Sato, a member of the two-time Grammy Award-winning Gregory Porter Band and an internationally acclaimed saxophonist. Yosuke Sato moved to the U.S. in 2008 to play in New York. He was the only wind instrumentalist in Gregory Porter's five-piece band and has won two Grammy Awards and been nominated four times. This album features Yosuke Sato, a highly acclaimed saxophonist who has participated in hundreds of jazz festivals around the world, and Riko Sasaki on alto saxophone, a promising newcomer who came to the US as a full scholarship student to Berklee College of Music in July 2023. The quintet's frenetic live recordings. D-BOP" RECORD's, a real jazz label that also produces albums featuring Randy Brecker, has released the pinnacle of contemporary jazz alto madness. Riko Sasaki's rare live recording made just before her departure for the U.S.
