Koudlam is the first new album in six years from French artist Koudlam, whose large-scale synth-pop with strings and dance beats has garnered a wide following across genres. Koudlam is the solo project of composer Gwenael Navarro, who was born in Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa, and is currently based in Paris, France. Following 2014's "Benidorm Dream," their latest album (their fourth in total) is a collection of songs from their debut album, "My Dream," which was the first single "My Dream" and the second single "My Dream. The first single, "My Church," is a fine Balearic pop song with an emotional development from the middle part. The second single, "Old Feeling," combines a sense of trip with soundtrack-like dynamism to create a unique worldview.The album's title track "Precipice Fantasy" and "Am I Paranoid III," which transport you to another world, were used in Louis Vuitton's Fall/Winter 2022 collection.
