Description:
Onoda Sakamichi, a high school student who is not good at sports, has no friends, and loves anime, joins the cycling club one day. This is a passionate coming-of-age story in which Sakamichi, who unexpectedly shows his talent as a cyclist, overcomes his own limitations and barriers for the sake of the "friends" he makes there for the first time, and discovers the joy of riding in races. This work, which has gained popularity in various forms, including the original comic, anime, drama, and stage productions, is finally being made into a live-action film. The main character Sakamichi is played by Ren Nagase of King&Prince. Kentaro Ito plays Shunsuke Imaizumi, Sakamichi's rival, and Kanna Hashimoto plays Miki Kansaki, the manager of the cycling club to which Sakamichi belongs. The music is composed by Katsu Yokoyama. Yokoyama, who has composed the music that accompanies the stories of numerous hit movies such as "Chihayafuru" series (16,18, directed by Norihiro Koizumi), "22nen me no Koketsu Watashi wa Murderer desu" (17, directed by Yu Irie), "AI Kaihatsu" (20, directed by Yu Irie) and the NHK TV drama series "Warotenka", has produced a score that wraps the story of youth The entire score will be included in the film, which will wrap the story with passion and emotion. Theme song will not be included.
