Interpol, a charismatic band that made a strong debut as a standard-bearer of the post-punk revival movement in the 2000s and continues to lead the scene today, has released a five-song EP on MATADOR just nine months after their sixth album "Marouder," their first release in four years. Like the previous release, the EP was produced by Dave Fridman, who has worked with many well-known rock bands such as Weezer, Belle and Sebastian, Flaming Lips, and Mogwai, and mixed by Claudius Mittendorfer, who has worked with Ash and Temples, etc. The EP was recorded in upstate New York, and the music was produced by Dave Fridman and Claudius Mittendorfer.
