Fagot Quartet The Nuts

Description:

Four bassoons perform a fascinating art. Debut album by bassoon quartet "The Nuts"! This is the debut album by "The Nuts," an ensemble of three bassoonists from the Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra and one from the Aichi Chamber Orchestra. Featured is the Japan premiere of Köper's concerto for bassoon quartet and orchestra, "Fakturen". This concerto, written for four bassoons, is a rare work with a beautiful melody and colorful orchestration. Other original works by Boismortier, Ikuma Dan, and others from the East and West are also lined up, filled with the tone and virtuosity of the bassoon. You will be amazed at the range of expressive power of the bassoon instrument. We hope you will enjoy the light sound and expressive performance by the members of "The Nuts. <The Nuts Bassoon Quartet was formed as a bassoon ensemble team by bassoonists of the Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra. The word "nuts" means "crazy," "obsessed," or "passionate," and the name of the group is derived from the idea that the four members are "nuts" about the bassoon, an interesting instrument. In 2022, they will perform as soloists in the Concertante Series of the Aichi Chamber Orchestra. He gave the Japanese premiere of Karl-Heinz Koper's "Fakturen," a work for four bassoons and orchestra. Born in Bulgaria in 1978 (Libra), when he was 3 years old, he went to the hotel café he often visited with his father for coffee, and the boy laughed at him and told him to go straight home from here. (My parents were appalled and angry.) From 1998, he studied at the Weimar State University of Music with Georg Krutsch. He then moved on to the National University of Music and Performing Arts Cologne, Germany, where he received his diploma in 2005 with unanimous highest honors. 2007 he received the German National Performer's Certificate. He has been invited as guest conductor by the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. 1998- Principal of the Philharmonie der Nasiönen. 2002-2004 Principal of the Classical Philharmonic Bonn Symphony Orchestra, From 2002-2004, he was Principal of the Classical Philharmonic Bonn Symphony Orchestra, and from 2004-2006, Principal of the Cologne Chamber Orchestra.
