They formed in 2006 and released their debut album "Unalive" from Arising Empire in 2007. In 2009, they released their second album, "A Brighter Side of Death", and have performed at many major festivals including Wacken Open Air, Nightwish, and Dream Theater, They have also performed as an opening act for Nightwish, Dream Theater, and others, steadily solidifying their position in Europe. Now, Mister Misery is releasing their first new album in three years.The album, titled "Mister Misery," is the band's first release after transferring to AFM Records. The songs are filled with chorus-heavy choruses and high-tension riffs, and the band proudly states that it is "by far the best work I have ever written," and the high-energy Mister Misery world that has been elevated to the next level is exploding. Reminiscent of the early days of Black Veil Brides, Mister Misery will surely appeal to a wide range of fans, from gothic metal and glam lovers to melodic metal, emo, and metalcore fans. The band's name also makes sense. A masterpiece of modern gothic metal has been born, and it is no wonder that the band has been named after it!
