Singaporean songstress Rita Chao first came to the world's attention around 1990 with the release of the compilation album "Girls In The Garage Volume 9 - Oriental Special". The song "Hanky Panky" from this album was a shocker. It had a cool intro, too wild fuzz guitar, and sweet and cute vocals. But Rita Chao's charm does not stop there. The band and the vocals are simple, but the Chinese ballads and covers of hit songs transport you to a dream world. The band that created this miraculous sound is Singapore's top band, QSZ.
