Undercurrent4, led by Takao Watanabe on trumpet, has been active as Undercurrent4 since April 2021, and will simultaneously release a live disc "RED" recorded at Crucifix in Kyoto on November 6, 2024, and a studio disc "GREEN" recorded at Kosho Yamanekaken in March 2025. The studio recording "GREEN" recorded at Echigo Yamakineken in March 2025 will be released at the same time! RED" was mixed by Mr. Hagino, the engineer at Crucifix, and is packaged with the realism of the live performance as it is. GREEN" was recorded by the four members facing each other in the comfortable sound of Yamanekataken. The recording and mixing of "GREEN" and mastering of both discs were done by Tatsuki Masuko. The album includes original compositions by the leader, Takao Watanabe, as well as covers by Milton Nascimento and others. The four skilled members of the band play with all their might, and you can fully enjoy the charm of each band on these two discs. Please enjoy both discs as a set! (C)RS
