This is an animated version of the popular cat character that debuted in 1983 and became a big hit among high school girls, college girls, and female office workers at the time, especially for its fancy goods. Winner of the Best TV Series in the "Children's TV Movie Category" of the Agency for Cultural Affairs' Excellent Movie Division in 1994!
