Description:
The first CD from DES_products, a company active in the Vocaloid world, is a collection of love songs centered around MEIKO, the first Vocaloid in Japan. However, these are not ordinary love songs, but rather lyrics with the unique venom of MEIKO that are anything but straightforward. These are "adult Vocaloid songs" with an adult atmosphere that dispels the stereotype that Vocaloids are for children. MEIKO's catchy melodies ride on light rhythms of jazz, reggae, Latin, bossa nova, and more, making it an easy listen. The title track, "I love U from Hell," features the same Vocaloids, KAITO and Luka Megurine, in the chorus, and the gloomy lyrics are blended perfectly with the groovy EDM that makes heavy use of analog synthesizers. The other songs also have unique lyrics and memories. The cover design by lenna is beautifully done, creating a cute yet bewitching MEIKO. The lyrics were written and arranged by keystone, DES_products auditory stimulator.The album features vocaloid MEIKO as the main vocalist, with KAITO and Megurine Luka joining in on the chorus. The jacket illustration and design are by DES_products visual stimulator lenna, and the booklet includes liner notes by keystone.
