SERAIAH: A four-piece melodic hard rock band that took the Christian metal scene by storm in the 1980s and 1990s. A rare album featuring previously unreleased early recordings! Formed in 1985 in Indiana, SERAIah quickly made a name for themselves as one of the most sensational heavy metal bands in the Midwest. In the summer of 1988, aiming to break out of the confines of the local club circuit, they performed at the legendary “MetalFest” event held in Decatur, Illinois. They delivered a stage production on an overwhelming scale and a live performance that set them apart from other bands. Sharing the stage with renowned bands such as Bride, Sacred Warrior, and Vengeance, they delivered a commanding performance that earned them a contract with Pure Metal Records and solidified their status as rising stars in the Christian metal scene. Their 1990 album *Carnival World* captured their signature explosive sound—marked by intense guitar riffs, soaring vocals, catchy melodies, and an air of commanding confidence. Often compared to the raw energy and decadent aggression of early Mötley Crüe, SERAIAH fused arena-rock-level catchiness with an aggressive edge, growing into one of the most talked-about bands in the Christian metal scene. Now, 36 years later, Eonian Records is re-releasing *Carnival World*. The album has been newly remixed and remastered. This deluxe reissue features stunning new artwork, as well as over 100 previously unpublished photos unearthed from the band’s personal archives and a lavish 36-page booklet containing a detailed and fascinating history of the band written by Arttie Parker. Furthermore, the CD includes six additional powerful live tracks recorded when bassist Tracy Ferrie (Stryper, Boston) first joined the band. *CarnivalWorld* is reborn with the best visuals and sound ever. Also being released simultaneously is *DEMOlish This*, featuring the band’s early demo recordings. This release also includes a deluxe booklet packed with rare, previously unpublished photos from the band’s early days, allowing fans to delve deeper into their musical journey.
