Conductor Bertrand de Billy was the Music Director of the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra until 2010 (succeeded by Cornelius Meister), where he dramatically boosted the morale of the orchestra and gave many ambitious performances. He has given many ambitious performances that have greatly enhanced the morale of the orchestra. His new work is Wagner's "Lohengrin" with the Frankfurt Opera. The heroic tenor "Lohengrin," the innocent soprano "Elsa," and the cunning mezzo-soprano "Elsa," both in Antwerpen in the early 10th century, are the heroes of Wagner's early and middle period, The story of intrigue and love centered around the cunning mezzo-soprano "Ortoluto" is one that has always touched the hearts of listeners. This opera requires not only the singers' abilities but also the orchestra's high level of technique and expressiveness.Not only the steady singing of Nylund as Elsa and Struckmann as King Heinrich, but also the imposing singing of Koenig (who has a slightly frightened appearance) in the title role is noteworthy.
