Aaron Abernathy is a multi-talented musician/singer/songwriter/producer from Cleveland, OH, who has been featured on R&B legends Grammy Award-winning albums such as "The Grammys", "The Grammys", and "The Grammys". Aaron Abernathy is a multi-talented musician/singer/songwriter/producer from Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from the same high school music program as R&B legend Gerald Levert, he formed his own band at Howard University and released his first independent album, which took the Washington, D.C. music scene by storm. Their live performances have attracted the attention of artists such as Eric Roberson, Marsha Ambrosius, and Slum Village, and their single "Howard Girls" released in 2009 featured Eric Roberson.Slum Village also trusted Abernathy to be the music director for their 2005-2010 world tour and even featured him on the "Dance" single cut for their "Villa Manifesto" (2010). Abernathy also began to apply his talents as a music director to underground Hip Hop heavyweight Black Milk, accompanying the group on tours in the US, Europe, and Australia. In 2012, Abernathy's band Nat Turner became Black Milk's backing band, helping to create one of the best live shows in hip-hop. In 2016, Nat Turner and Black Milk co-produced a collaborative album, "The Rebellion Sessions," and toured with Black Milk, whose stage performances were praised as having the showmanship of Prince and James Brown.
